ive put a new plug in still samething Problem: ATV has spark and fuel but not ?
The machine is getting spark, and i checked the fuel pump and that seems to be working as it should because there is fuel in the carb bowl, but it will not start. I would start by checking the fuel petcock first. I got it to hit one time by spraying starter fluid in the spark plug hole while it was on the bottom of the compression stroke, so when it came up it fired.
